Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes. Bring your own kit, rent ours, or combine both. Let us know about any special setup requirements before your shoot.
Do studio and equipment have to be booked together?
No. You can rent either separately. If you want both, contact us to put together the right combination.
Will we have the studio to ourselves?
The space is normally exclusive to your booking. If you request assistance, our team can join you to help.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Arrange a free tour so you can see the space and discuss your shoot before deciding.
What is the minimum rental time?
The minimum is two hours. Bookings begin and end on the hour. Your setup, shoot and pack-down all need to fit within the booked period.
Can I extend the shoot?
Ask the team before your booking ends. Extensions depend on the next booking and are charged at the applicable rate.
Is parking available?
Parking can be arranged near the studio, subject to availability. Contact us for the details before travelling.
Can you provide crew or production help?
Yes. Ask about lighting and setup support, photo and video crew, production assistance, styling and make-up.
Can I bring a pet?
The studio is pet-friendly. Please tell us beforehand so we can plan for your visit.
What should we do at the end of the booking?
Pack down within your booked time, return equipment and furniture to their starting positions, and leave the studio as you found it. Report any damage to the team. The studio is smoke-free and alcohol-free.
